Every day, I receive hundreds of questions directed at my company's Twitter account.
How do I automate our workflow so my social media manager can immediately identify which resources a customer needs?
I wrote and ran code to scrape tweets from the web, then hand-labeled a few thousand tweets with my taxonomy. Now I'll upload this labeled data set to Pienso Ingest, making sure to indicate which metadata column contains my 'labels'.
